Urban Investment Pvt Ltd began in 1995 with the import of one of the first air-conditioners to the Maldives. Back then the company was named Urban Trade Maldives Pvt Ltd. As the companies root business product, air-conditioners is our trade and this is where our expertise lies. Urban Investment Pvt Ltd is proudly the sole distributor for HITACHI , ICHIBAN, YORK and ACMA air-conditioners. We are also the only company to provide our clients with the SET-FREE system from HITACHI. We provide our clients great quality products which are famously known worldwide. The company has a client list of over 80% of the resorts in the Maldives and has had experience with big projects. Urban Investment Pvt Ltd is a unique contracting company among the private contractors in Maldives. We only undertake a handful of projects annually, thereby giving us the edge in quality and customer satisfaction. All equipment, machinery and vehicles are owed by the company, providing us with the tools to complete projects to date. Our Engineers are well qualified and all workers are extremely skilled. The company's carpentry team designs and fabricates kitchen cabinets. Each kitchen cabinet set is custom made to suit the clients’ requirements.
